Welcome to Ambassador Labradors. We are dedicated to breeding high-quality AKC English Labradors, offering white, yellow, black, and chocolate Labradors to loving homes. This Terms and Conditions document outlines the agreement between Ambassador Labradors (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") and you, the purchaser (referred to as "you" or "your"), regarding the adoption of a Labrador puppy from us. By placing a deposit for a puppy, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1. Pricing and Registration

• White & Cream Labradors: $2200
• Yellow Labradors: $1700
• Black Labradors: $1700
• Chocolate Labradors: $1700

All puppies are sold with an AKC Limited registration, meaning they do not have breeding rights. In addition, breeder retains "pick of the litter" rights.

 

2. Deposit and Waiting List

• A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to be placed on the waiting list for a puppy. At the time of deposit, you must specify your preferred color and gender.
• Deposits can be made via Zelle to Holly (803-466-3740) its direct bank-to-bank transactions.

 

3. Puppy Pickup and Payment

• Puppies can be picked up when they are 6 weeks old, with pickups scheduled on Saturdays. The order of pickup is based on the sequence of deposits received. Adequate notice will be provided to plan for pickup.
• The remaining balance is due on pickup day, payable in cash only.

 

4. Litter Availability

In the event that a litter does not have enough puppies for everyone on the waiting list, the following options are available:

• Option 1: Receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Option 2: Transfer your deposit to the next available litter, potentially changing your selection priority.
• Option 3: Transfer your deposit to the next available litter while maintaining your current selection priority.

 

5. Health and Safety Protocols

• To ensure the health and safety of our puppies, we do not allow visits prior to pickup. Our puppies and their mothers are kept isolated to protect them from diseases and viruses. Puppies are vaccinated at 6 weeks and rely on antibodies from nursing before then.

 

6. Pickup Day and Veterinary Records

On pickup day, your puppy will have received all scheduled de-wormings and vaccinations from Camden Veterinary Hospital. You will receive a folder containing:

• AKC paperwork
• Veterinarian records
• Details on feeding times and the brand of food being fed to the puppies

• By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge understanding and agreement to comply with the outlined procedures and requirements for adopting a puppy from Ambassador Labradors.
• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
